Let's discover neoalto. Here we'll give you an overview and some quick links to the most important parts of our platform.

Access
During your onboarding, you should have received and configured login credentials per E-Mail. You will use those credentials for both our Cloud and the Self Service.
The Cloud is used to configure all master data required to get your Automatic Ordering up and running. The Self Service is meant to be used when changes are applied on site. We also offer full integrations through APIs.
We'll get more into those applications later on.
Cloud
Our Cloud can be found on app.neoalto.com.
Self Service
All Self Services look, feel and work the same and you can scan the provided QR Codes to navigate directly where you need to go. This is our recommended entrypoint.
To make it easier to start out with, let us consider the Self Service as three distinct areas for different use cases.

API
Automated processes require integration into existing date sources and sinks. In order to facilitate easier integrations, we provide REST APIs that you can push and pull platform data to and from. This is our recommended method. Sometimes pre-existing services cannot be easily adapted. For those rare cases, we can to some extent offer custom solutions and help you get running.
We offer APIs for almost all actions that can be completed on our frontends. Our APIs are extensible and offer further under-the-hood data, that our frontends do not expose. feel free to contact us, if you're interested in documentation explicitly on our APIs.
