Smart Track
The easiest way to access the smart track self service is to scan the QR code on the label. If you don't have access to the QR code or you're having trouble scanning it, you can also visit this selection page directly.
We recommend to always scan the smart track in front of you.
The idea behind this is, that the actual physical state of the supply point is what we regard as our source of truth.
Change Article
Smart Tracks are not bound to only one article for the whole lifecycle. As long as your new article physically fits the dimensions and spring strength of the pusher, you can reuse and reassign your smart track as often as you like.
To do so, select Change Article in the floating button menu. You will see the list of articles you configured in the cloud. If the depth value was not set, you will not be able to assign the article to the smart track and the error text Article has no depth and is not selectable will be shown.
You can filter the list by name and select the article you want to assign to your smart track. You'll be shown a preview screen of what your selection will replace. After confirming this, your label should update shortly. The update will be immediate even if the label takes a short while to refresh.
